Geography Minor


Cultural & Human Geography minor: A minor in Cultural & Human Geography provides a foundation for understanding complex cultural and human patterns on the earth's surface, and why they are vital to understanding contemporary issues. Physical & Environmental Geography minor: A minor in Physical and Environmental Geography provides a solid understanding of the earth's natural environment and its complex relationship to humans. The Physical and Environmental Geography minor is an excellent complement to both social and natural science majors who have an interest in environmental problems and issues. Cartography & Geographic Information Systems minor: Cartography and GIS are increasingly important for data analysis and problem solving in many fields, including the natural sciences, economics and business, sociology and anthropology, and public administration.
